100 € Welcome-Money 2024

The City of Chemnitz will pay all students who have taken up their main or sole residence in Chemnitz for the first time in 2024 a welcome grant of 100 €. 

You can find the applications for the welcome money online on the website of the City of Chemnitz or directly at our Infopunkt foyer (Thüringer Weg 3). We will be happy to send the applications for you to the City of Chemnitz.

Please note that the applications are processed by the City of Chemnitz and can take up to several months.
