Germany semester ticket from March 1 at the WHZ

The Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau is one of the first universities at which the Germany semester ticket can be introduced on March 1, 2024 at a price of €29.40 per month. Thanks to the intensive joint efforts of the Chemnitz-Zwickau Student Union, the transport companies and the university, all WHZ students will be able to use the new ticket throughout Germany from the summer semester 2024, which will be available on their smartphones via an app. Please note that from March 1, 2024, the student ID card will no longer be valid as a ticket.
