News regarding your visit to the canteen

Dear guests,

due to new general regulations, guest registration is now mandatory in all facilities. In our facilities in Chemnitz the table occupancy is limited to a maximum of 3 persons. In the cafeteria Reichenhainer Straße the Sachsenstube is therefore available again. Please try to limit the length of stay in all facilities to an appropriate level in order to guarantee all guests a pleasant and safe stay.

It is also possible to take your food with you. Take-away packaging is available for you. Please do not bring your own containers.

Further information about the regulations to be observed can be found in our frame hygiene concept.

The following facilities are currently open:

  • Mensa Reichenhainer Straße 55 in Chemnitz: Mo - Fr 11:00 am – 1:30 pm (stay possible until 2:00 pm)
    Fresh Cube as learning & work space: Mo - Fr 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (coffee is available until about 1:30 pm)

  • Mensa Ring & Cafeteria Ring in Zwickau: Mo - Fr 11:00 am – 1:30 pm

Adjustments to the offers and general conditions are possible at any time, so we kindly ask you to keep yourself informed via our website www.swcz.de.

In any case, please respect the following rules until further notice:

  • Masks must be worn in all facilities of Studentenwerk – except of course when eating at the table on site.

  • Please keep a minimum distance of 1.50 meters to other people at all times.

  • Please follow the one-way street guidance system.

  • Please note the regulations of the respective facilities for payment. We are also happy to issue guest cards.

  • Tables and chairs are set up according to the applicable regulations and may not be moved.

  • Visiting our facilities is not permitted in the case of symptoms typical for the Covid-19 disease.

  • Please follow the instructions given and communicated by our staff in any case.
