Go on a culinary journey to Asia!

From 24 to 28.04.2023 is "Asian Spirit Week" in the mensa⁵⁵. Look forward to numerous Far Eastern specialties such as delicious wok and stir-fry dishes as well as sushi.

Lots of vegetables, various meats and diverse spices stand for Asian cuisine. Also typical are the fresh products and different flavors: sweet, sour, spicy or all together.

Our chefs have prepared delicious dishes and combinations to take our guests on a contemplative journey to the Far East.

The event week will be rounded off with an Asian brunch at cafete⁵⁵ on Friday 28.04.2023 from 10:30 to 13:45 (Foodsaver 13:45 - 14:00).
