Salomon company in the mensa55 and cafete55

On 28.01.2025, delicious dishes from Salomon will be on offer in both mensa⁵⁵ and cafete⁵⁵.

There will be a Salomon stand in the foyer with explanations about products, sustainability and food tasting. A foodtasting of the Smash Plant Burger with a vegetarian patty will also be on offer here.

The following dishes will be available at mensa⁵⁵:

• “Smash Cheese Burger” (iceberg, gherkins, onions, cheddar) with lattice potatoes
• vegan “Green Hero Smash Plant Burger” (iceberg, gherkins, onions, cheddar) with lattice potatoes

The following dish will be available at cafete⁵⁵:

• “Crunchy Chik'n Burger”
